Course Title: Intro to Adobe InDesign

This idea sprouted from my experience as an Instructor of Graphic Design students. I recognized that they need help with learning applications alongside learning and applying graphic design principles in their assignments. Their lack of computer skills holds them back from producing the best work. Therefore, creating a micro course where they only focus on the application skills could enhance their abilities later. This course allowed me to outline that idea into a design plan and begin to develop media for this course, using design planning as my guide.

Course Title: How to use the Pen Tool in InDesign

Learning Need: The majority of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign tools are intuitive to use, but there is one major exception: the Pen tool. When used properly, it is a versatile vector drawing tool available in all three applications and can save a graphic designer a lot of time and effort. This training is essential for new graphic designers to learn and apply this higher-level tool for their future careers. Additionally, understand how these programs connect when using the pen tool.
